The short version
You can browse every job without an account. If you make one, we keep your email, the searches you save, and the jobs you save. Your resume is read in your browser and never sent to us — only the skills you confirm are stored. We do not sell anything, run ads, or track you around the internet.
What we store
Only if you create an account:
- Your email address, and a display name derived from it. This is how you sign in and where alerts go.
- Saved searches — the fields, regions, career levels, skills and search words you chose.
- Saved jobs — which postings you saved and what stage you moved them to, with a copy of the job title and company so the card still reads correctly after the posting closes.
- Optional details you type yourself — school, graduation year, visa status, Korean level. Every one is optional and blank by default, and the product works without them.
- Whether you asked for email alerts. Off unless you turn it on.
Your resume is not uploaded
When you build a profile from a resume, the file is opened and read by code running in your browser. The file and its text are never transmitted to us and never stored anywhere. What leaves your device is the short list of fields and skills shown on screen, after you have reviewed and corrected it.
That means we never hold your name, phone number, address, or employment history from a resume — only entries like “frontend” or “react”. If you open your browser’s network inspector while uploading, you can watch this for yourself.
One exception, and only if you ask for it. Some resumes defeat the reader in your browser — an unusual layout, or a scan. When that happens, and only then, you are offered the choice of having the text read once by Google Gemini. You are shown the text first, the button is per file, and declining costs you nothing but typing. Even then the file itself never leaves: what is sent is the words already on your screen. We store none of it, and nothing reaches your profile until you confirm it.
Counting visits
We count visits ourselves, without cookies and without any analytics company. For each page view or action (a search, turning on For me, choosing a visa, clicking Apply, saving a job, signing in, reading a CV) we store the event, the page path without its query string, the domain you came from, and whether you are on a phone. For a search we store which kinds of filter you used — never what you typed.
We do not store your IP address or your account. A visitor is counted as a hash of your IP and browser with a random value that we delete at the end of each day, so visits on different days cannot be linked to each other, even by us. These records are deleted after 13 months.
Job listings
Job postings are collected from public job boards that permit it, and from companies’ own public career pages. They are public employer data, not personal data about you. Boards that ask not to be collected are linked to instead.
We send one kind of email besides sign-in links: a daily digest of new jobs matching the searches you switched on. It is off until you turn it on, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in, and we send nothing else — no newsletters, no promotions.
Who else touches your data
- Supabase — database and sign-in. Hosted in Seoul (AWS ap-northeast-2).
- Netlify — serves the site.
- Resend — delivers the alert emails, and only if you opted in.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
There is no analytics, no advertising network and no third-party tracking on this site.
Getting your data back, or deleted
You can delete your account yourself, without asking anyone: sign in, open Your account, and choose Delete my account at the bottom. It takes effect immediately and removes your email, every saved search and your whole tracker board. There is no backup copy and no grace period, so it cannot be undone.
For a copy of what we hold, or a correction, write to xusniddinqalandarov2004@gmail.com.
We keep your data until you delete the account. If you only want the emails to stop, turning alerts off — from your account page, or the unsubscribe link in any digest — does that without deleting anything.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, the date at the top changes and anyone with alerts on is told by email before it takes effect.
