What this is
JobHunterKR collects job postings from public job boards and company career pages in Korea, sorts them into one searchable feed, and optionally emails you when new ones match a search you saved. It is a way of finding postings, not an employer, recruiter or agency.
What we do not do
- We do not apply to jobs for you, and never contact an employer as you.
- We do not send your resume anywhere. It never leaves your device.
- We charge nothing, and there is nothing to buy.
- We give no immigration, visa or legal advice.
Accuracy
Postings come from other people’s boards, and we reproduce what they publish. A listing can be filled, withdrawn or wrong before we notice. Korean titles are machine-mapped to English for skimming, with the original kept underneath — that mapping is mechanical and sometimes clumsy. Always confirm the details on the employer’s own posting, which every card links to.
Matching and alerts are best-effort. A job you would have wanted can be missed because the board described it in words we did not recognise.
Your account
Keep access to your email address, since that is how signing in works. Do not use the service to break the law, to scrape it wholesale, or to send anyone anything they did not ask for. We may close an account doing those things.
Availability
This is a small project run by one person. It may be slow, briefly broken, or interrupted while it is being worked on, and there is no guaranteed uptime. If it were ever shut down, anyone with alerts on would be told by email first.
Liability
The service is provided as it is, free of charge, with no warranty. We are not responsible for a job you missed, an application that went nowhere, or a posting that turned out to be inaccurate. Nothing here limits rights you have under Korean consumer law.
